Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dotaquiz.com ("dotaquiz", "we", "us"), operated by Rejep Mammedov. By creating an account or otherwise using dotaquiz, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

dotaquiz is an independent, fan-made drafting simulator. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Valve Corporation. Dota 2 and all related names, marks, and assets are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Hero data shown in the app is public information sourced from OpenDota.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't share credentials or create accounts to evade a limit or ban.
• You're responsible for providing an accurate email address, since it's used for login and account recovery.

The free ("Freeloader") tier includes a limited number of completed drafts per day, reset at midnight UTC. The paid "Unlimited" subscription removes that limit, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard ("Manage billing") — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it isn't renewed.
• Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Charges appear billed to dotaquiz.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused drafts.
• We may change subscription pricing going forward; any change won't apply to a period you've already paid for.

The post-draft "AI Draft Analysis" is generated by a third-party language model based on the picks, bans, and public hero statistics available to it. It's meant as a fun, illustrative breakdown — not verified coaching advice — and can be inaccurate, outdated relative to the current patch, or just wrong. Don't treat it as authoritative.

You agree not to:

• Automate, scrape, or bulk-extract data from dotaquiz outside of normal browser use;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts;
• Use dotaquiz for anything illegal, harassing, or abusive toward other users or staff;
• Reverse engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits, or resell/relicense access to it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

Anything you submit (username, custom room activity, draft history) stays associated with your account. You're responsible for what you submit and for not impersonating others or using offensive usernames.

dotaquiz is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that hero statistics, win rates, or AI analysis will be accurate. This is a small, independently-run project; features may change or be discontinued.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dotaquiz and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to dotaquiz is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose (or nothing, if you were on the free tier).

You can stop using dotaquiz and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, and may discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice where practical.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
